Delivery Timelines

We offer same-day delivery on all confirmed orders received before cut-off time. Orders placed late in the day may be delivered the next day depending on location and volume.

Minimum Order & Charges

  • Minimum order: AED 100 (applies across all Emirates)
  • Dubai: Orders below AED 150 → AED 20 delivery charge
  • Ajman & Sharjah: Orders below AED 150 → AED 25 delivery charge
  • Abu Dhabi, Al Ain & Hatta: Orders below AED 200 → AED 30 delivery charge
  • Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al-Quwain: Orders below AED 250 → AED 50 delivery charge

Shipping Accuracy

Customers must provide a full and accurate shipping address, active phone number, and any delivery instructions to ensure successful delivery. Any delays due to incorrect information are not the responsibility of The Shine Fields Foodstuffs FZ-LLC.

We currently ship to all areas within the UAE. For remote or special zones, delivery availability and time may vary.
